Signum Me — Beta terms

Signum Me is a Morphyhead product. Contact: morphyheadapp@gmail.com.

You must be at least 18 to use Signum. Provide accurate account information and do not impersonate another person. Keep access to your sign-in account secure.

Only upload photos and text you have permission to share. You retain ownership of your content and authorize us to store, process and display it as needed to operate the features you use. Do not upload illegal content, non-consensual intimate imagery, threats, harassment, hate speech, scams, child sexual abuse or exploitation material, or another person's private information without permission. Do not bypass access controls, automate abusive requests or interfere with the service.

A correct guess sends a connection request; it does not automatically open a conversation. The recipient must accept. You can block or report profiles and end a connection. Reports can be reviewed to address abuse; we do not guarantee an immediate response or that every user is identity-verified. Contact emergency services for imminent danger.

The closed beta may contain errors and may change. Profiles explicitly labelled “Test” are fictional test fixtures. The current premium-heart interaction is a preview: it does not send a paid like and no subscription purchase is available. Any future paid feature must show its terms and price before purchase.

Use account settings to delete your account. Blocking, unmatching, clearing chat history and account deletion have different effects described in the privacy notice. We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse or security concerns, subject to applicable law. Contact support about a restriction.

These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Material changes will be communicated through the service. Applicable governing-law and dispute provisions require review before a public release.
